ENCOSTAS DE SERPA – ÂNFORA
VINHO REGIONAL ALENTEJANO

Herança do povo romano trazida para Portugal há mais de 2.000 anos,
o vinho produzido em Ânforas de barro tornou-se um saber icónico da
nossa região que orgulhosamente, até aos dias de hoje, é transmitido de
geração em geração. Vinho obtido através da vinificação das castas Alicante
Bouschet e Aragonez, num processo fermentativo sem controlo de
temperatura e respeitando as técnicas tradicionais. De cor ruby, no nariz
apresenta notas de fruta vermelha acompanhadas com um toque vegetal.
Na boca é bastante fresco, com taninos suaves, mas presentes, e
equilibrado.

A heritage of the Roman people brought to Portugal more than 2,000 years
ago, the wine produced in clay amphora has become an iconic knowledge
of our region that is proudly transmitted from generation to generation to
this day. Wine obtained through the vinification of Alicante Bouschet and
Aragonez grape varieties, in a fermentation process without temperature
control and respecting traditional techniques. Ruby color, on the nose it
presents notes of red fruit accompanied by a vegetable touch. In the mouth
it is quite fresh, with soft but present tannins, and balanced.
